Incredible bad experience with a company with international accreditation. When the representative from the company was doing an evaluation of what was going to be moved, I asked that the person packing the clothes would wear gloves. During the packing I had to asked the person to put on the gloves!
The team didn’t have a pattern of action. Some things arrived badly and wrong packed, like a painting packaged directly in paper. Because of this, the painting lost pieces of paint.
Two little pieces from clay from the north of Brasil were packing directly with paper and, of course, they arrived broken.
A piece of glass arrived so broken that was impossible to identify what it was.
From a dinner set from my grandmother, two plates, packed in bubble wrap, arrived broken.
A glass frame with 1,82m x 22,5cm was packed just with paper and the frame and the glass was broken.
Some things arrived without package.
The team left my house in Asuncion on September 21, 2024 and it was delivered only December 09, 2024. Other bad things happened but I won’t describe.
I’m very disappointed with this experience.
I just can put 3 photos on the form, but I have more. You should let send how much it is necessary
